Kayla Morris is a wife and mother of 3. She has her bachelor's degree in education and is a certified teacher, as well as a Respite and Habilitation provider for children with Autism. Additionally, she is a certified Professional Relationship Coach, a certified Professional Emotions Coach, and a certified Professional Life Coach. Kayla has 13 years of research and experience in different types of therapy, and has had hands-on experience with observing methods that work and methods that don't. Kayla has been passionate about emotional health and the way the mind works since studying psychology in college almost 20 years ago. She has taken other courses to further her knowledge about psychology and therapy. Kayla is not a licensed therapist, but uses skills and tools that she has learned throughout her study and research.
In addition to the education and study she has done, Kayla has a lot of experience with her own personal journey in overcoming and managing extreme and seemingly impossible situations in almost every aspect of her adult life. She believes that her combined experience and knowledge, mixed with her determination to never give up, helps her to be a unique advocate for those who need help. She sees hope in situations where others do not.
